Developing and implementing system-wide change to deliver shared outcomes will require strong and consistent strategic leadership across Fife Partnership organisations.
Given the challenge and complexity of leading and managing this reform, Fife Partnership Board has agreed to establish a new Fife leadership network to facilitate design and ownership of the new plan - as well as develop our capacity to achieve long-term ambitions. This will build on the 2022 Leadership Summits approach.
Plan 27 will only be useful if it helps people doing the job and facing the challenges every day – people in operations, in communities, in support roles across the partnership. You don’t need to be a “community planning person” to get involved in shaping our services of the future. Discuss the opportunities for more effective joint working ahead and encourage contribution from a range of voices.
The year ahead will stretch us. But it also gives us a genuine opportunity to improve public services and the future health and wellbeing of Fife.
Please share any thoughts you have about developing the new Plan 27 and supporting system, or website content for partners.
