Our Big Community Move is all about reshaping how we support climate action at a community level, putting local voices and collective action at the heart of what we do.
As part of our Big Community Move, we organised eight workshops across Fife, bringing together over 100 local voices to talk about climate change and its impact.

We are now turning this insight into action. Working with Community Learning & Development, we are strengthening how communities are supported by creating clearer pathways into projects, building staff confidence to enable local action, and tackling the barriers that prevent groups from getting started.
This will help more communities lead their own climate action - scaling what works and embedding it into how we deliver across Fife.
