Kelty - You Decide

You Decide - Kelty

Calling all residents of Kelty!
What could YOU do in your village with a share of £15,000?

This money has been set aside from the Local Community Planning Budget for the Area for the benefit of the community. Through a participatory budgeting process, residents of Kelty will prioritise what projects could be funded to help the community connect with and support each other.

Residents are being asked to come up with ideas for projects to improve the local community.  It could be an environmental or physical improvement, a community event, a project to raise public awareness or something which makes people feel safer - as long as it brings improvement.

Send us your ideas!

Applications will be considered for projects requiring funding up to £2000.  Applications close at midnight on 13 September 2024.

Who can apply?

Community groups, voluntary organisations and social enterprises which deliver genuine ‘added value’.  Projects should not replace services that should be, and are being, provided through mainstream budgets.

Who can’t apply?

Individuals, groups or organisations who already receive over £10,000 a year in Fife Council funding. Statutory organisations cannot apply unless working in partnership with a group of local people.
