The H.E.A.R.T. Project (Health, Energy, Advice and Resilience Team) brings together local organisations to provide practical support for people experiencing challenges linked to health, energy costs and financial wellbeing.
The project recognises that issues such as fuel poverty, health concerns and money worries are often connected. By working together, partners can provide more joined-up support and help people access the services they need more easily.
Through H.E.A.R.T., an outreach wellbeing worker, welfare support worker and part-time energy advisor work directly with communities across North East Fife, offering advice, guidance and practical support.
