Living Wage Accreditation

Fife College firmly believes that by paying employees the living wage individual lives are enhanced and local and national economies are strengthened.

Fife College became accredited by Living Wage Scotland in September 2017 and continues to celebrate and promote its accreditation. By becoming accredited, Fife College seeks to demonstrate its commitment to the Living Wage initiative by ensuring all colleagues and employees are treated well and paid fairly for the job they do.  Living Wage accreditation also enables the college to set an example for other organisations and encourages them to become accredited as well.
